Turkey Minestrone
This has fan-tastic flavor!! I had to substitute a few things because I didn't have everything on hand (all ground turkey instead of half turkey sausage, diced tomatoes instead of Italian stewed) and didn't have any parsley, but this was GREAT!! Definitely goes in the rotation. :) Thanks for the recipe!

Pasta Pomodoro
I added olives and green peppers since they are favorites of mine, and when I discovered I had no pasta at home (too late!!), I served this over home made garlic bread - wonderful!! I too left out the chicken broth and just dropped in a chicken bullion cube. Thanks for this recipe!
