Party Mix II

Sweet Party Mix
With a few revisions, this was a great snack! I made the topping (syrup, brown sugar and butter) exactly as described. I did, however, switc up the ingredients a bit: Chex Mix cereal, cheerios, pretzels, salted peanuts and honey roasted peanuts. I threw it all in a disposable roasting pan, then sprinkled in M&Ms after it was done baking. Very sweet and addicting mix that everyone has loved!

Veggie Ranch Pizza
Even as a vegetarian pizza lover, I winced at the sight of this originally. I gave the pizza a try any way. Don't worry about measuring or the toppings. I followed a few suggestions on this site and came up with this - - Boboli's pre-baked pizza crust - I used Kraft's Light Done Right Three-Cheese salad dressing. - Shredded pizza blend cheese - I mixed up up the veggies, usually using broccoli, carrots and tomatoes Careful -- it's addicting!

Fluffy French Toast
This was quick and easy to make, and it used typical household ingredients. I followed the recipe exactly after after a few minutes on the griddle, it firmed up and looked great. It did seem as though the recipe was missing something -- a touch of sweetness or moistness. I also think the 7-grain bread I had on hand was not the greatest match for this recipe. One serving note: If you let the bread "saturate" as the recipe instructs, it won't make quite as many servings says.
