Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This was ok. My glaze wasn't really a glaze. I think next time I'll add less vinegar and add more ginger. I couldn't taste it. But it's a good starter recipe.

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

Fantastic. I added about 2 cups of pumpkin and a little more clove and cinnamon to the mix. A big hit at work.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I

I made some adjustments. I used 2 bars of 1/3 fat cream cheese and 1 bar of regular cream cheese. I also used fat free condensed milk. I followed all the other instructions and the cheesecake turned out great. No crack and I didn't use a water bath! I did add more chocolate chips to the top (because I like chocolate chips) but in the mix you couldn't really see them mixed in. They did sink to the botton after tossing them in flour. Overall, a big hit with my coworkers.

Chicken and Dumplings III

I followed some of the other suggestions. In addition to the ingredients, I added a can of cream of mushroom soup, carrots, and potatoes. I like a thicker soup so I also added corn starch to my liking. Otherwise, I followed the cooking instructions and it was fantastic.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Maybe I should have followed the directions. I took some of the other reviews and added 1 c of brown sugar and 1 c of sugar. I thought the brownies could have been sweeter. I think next time I'll add a cup and half of each. I also baked mine for 40 min. 35 min wasn't long enough. Every one at work loved them. I personally thought it needed more sugar, but I'll go with the masses with their opinion.

BAKER'S Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I used chocolate chips instead of chocolate chunks. I also baked mine for 9 min to be softer. I thought they didn't have much of a pb taste so next time I'll add more. But overall, a hit.

Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake

I omitted the cinnamon in the crust. I used a 10' pan. However, when it came time to add the sour cream layer, I had no room, so I omitted it. I added the melted chocolate layer, just pouring it on top. I served it the next day to coworkers. It was a big hit. Very soft and creamy cheesecake.

Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

These were fantastic. I followed the directions exactly. I baked mine for 20 min. Very soft and chewy. Not an overwhelming butterscotch taste. Just right. I also took the suggestion of drizzling chocolate on top. Everyone at work loved them. I can't wait to make these again.

Chicken Fried Chicken

Very light and crispy. I did add more spices to increase the flavor. And I followed other reviewers recommendation to dip the chicken in flour before dipping in the egg and flour mix.
