Delicious. I made a few changes too. Whoever suggested buying ricotta cheese from a specialty store was a genius. I have hated it my whole life but after buying it at an Italian delicacy store it changed my mind. It is so different from the store bought stuff. I swapped the regular noodles for whole wheat ones and the ground beef for turkey. Delicious!!!

Amazing. I made this into cupcakes. Best ones I have ever had! They did not need frosting in my opinion but what is a cupcake without frosting? I took some vanilla frosting and put it in a ziplock bag, cut the corner, and drizzled a few fun designs on top so that there was still a little frosting but not too much. I will make this receipe every time! Very quick and easy!

I am trying to eat healthier so I use whole wheat angel hair pasta instead. Once the chicken was cooked I sauteed red onion and fresh spinach with the garlic and basil. It was delicious! My meat and potatoes Boyfriend loved it too!
