Dan's Favorite Chicken Sandwich

This is a tasty sandwich and very filling. The bacon doesn't get crispy in the oven so I ended up finishing it in a skillet - next time I'll just cook it separately in the skillet...

Ginger Veggie Stir-Fry

I will reduce the salt quite a bit next time but overall we really liked this.

Herbed Beans and Carrots

It took longer than 4 minutes to cook in the microwave but it was a tasty dish.
