I halved the quantities for this recipe to fit two round 8" tins in order to make a layer cake. I filled the middle with my "Raspberry Layer Cake Filling". I also added 1tsp of cinnamon and then dropped roughly chopped chunks of white and dark chocolate into the top of each tin before baking.
I covered the tops and sides in the "Brown Suguar Cream Cheese Frosting" and "Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting". I then topped it all off with some fresh raspberries and some chocolate shavings.
