I used half fat cream cheese for a slightly healthier option. I also used maple syrup instead of honey as we had no honey in the store cupboard. Because of the half fat, and maple it was slightly "thinner" than it should have been. I added corn starch in small quantities until it was thick enough. Here it is pictured with "Chocolate Cream Cheese frosting and raspberries on the "Fudge Cake". I also topped the cake with white and dark chocolate shavings.
