Fig Spice Cake
This is an excellent base recipe for some great fruit cakes. I actually made a recipe of bananas foster and coarse mashed half of the cooked bananas into the spice cake batter. the remaining sauce and bananas were used to glaze and top the cake. the results were outstanding!! definitely a keeper!!

Chai Tea Mix
This mix is absolutely outstanding when made with 2% or even whole milk!! I made it with 2c sugar rather than 2.5c for the 36serv recipe. Sorry baristas, but my $4.00 are staying at home for the rest of the winter!!

French Onion Soup I
Extremely wonderful flavor!! i love it in spades!! One thing to do if you don't have oven safe bowls is to slice your bread and toast it with the swiss cheese on top in your toaster. Then you can ladle your soup into the bowls you have then top with the toasted bread and cheese. YUMMY!!
