I am a mother of three. I am currently a stay at home mom. I love to bake cookies, cakes, and pies. I love to try new recipes and experiment with ingredients. Christmas time is a busy baking time in my home. My children love to help me make various christmas goodies that we give as gifts to family and friends. One of my greatest cooking moments is when I learned to make authenic mexican rice. I am real bad about getting in a hurry and forgetting an important ingredient.
