Very good! I didn't have bok choy so I put everything over spinach and it was awesome.

Not my kind of curry recipe but my family liked it, amazingly, and they never want to eat curry. It was okay but I probably won't make this again, nobody ate the leftovers.

I could eat this everyday! I first had them at the deli where I work and these taste exactly the same except the were called Company Hashbrowns.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
This is a great base recipe to experiment with. I also added twice as much curry powder and another 1 1/2 tsp. of salt. I also agree, it was too soupy. I took the lid off to omit some of the liquid and also needed to add a little cornstarch. I didn't even add the stewed tomatoes, just the tomato sauce and coconut milk. I used lite coconut milk, next time I would use regular.

SO GOOD! I kept half of the batter in the refrigerator overnight and those baked even better! I will make these more than my Nestles recipe.

Banana Oat Muffins

Very good, they aren't very sweet so if you like muffins that are sweeter you may want to add some sugar. I added chocolate chips and walnuts and they tasted like and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, muffin style.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: May 17, 2009
I used about 8 oz of Guiness beer as well as added 1 tsp. of salt, onion powder, garlic powder and worchestshire sauce. Top round was the cut of meat recommended by my butcher. They were perfect! I don't think the beer is even necessary, I could taste it a little bit and think it might be even better without the beer. The au jous was perfect, not to salty and not lacking flavor. Thanks for such a delicious and easy recipe!

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

This was great, perfect amount of heat. Chili Powder is not the same as Hot Chili Paste and I would not recommend this subsitiution. I have never made anything with pesto before so this was fun AND my daughter loved it.

Spicy Sweet Potato Salad

This was a fun alternative to regular potato salad and sweet potatoes are so good for you. I thought this salad was great. However, I did not like they soggy onion technique. I would just put normal raw onion in the salad next time.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
This has to be a case of everyone following the masses. Why has this recipe been on the top 20 for so long? I couldn't wait to try it as all the ingredients sounded good. I love vinegar, but did not care for the salad dressing. So much vinegar and just too overpowering. Since I like vinegar, I gave it two stars. But I serioiusly felt sick after eating it. The only thing I liked were the salty almonds with the sweet cranberries. Just need to cut back on the vinegar or use a different dressing altogether.

Chicken and Bow Tie Pasta

Pretty boring for so much work and dirty pans, not much flavor. I would never make this again. The sauce was thin and lacking. I did like the idea of steaming the broccoli and peppers in chicken broth with the garlic as that was a new method for me.

I was excited to make this recipe until I started reading all the reviews. I decided just to adjust everything to my taste and it turned out fantastic. The ingredients are the key and they are great. Adjust to YOUR taste. It was delicious, better then most I get at restaurants.
