Ranch Dressing II
This really is one of the best tasting ranch dressings that we've ever had. Like other reviewers, I used the 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup mayo, and 1/2 cup sour cream combo instead of just the mayo/sour cream and it was delicious. Thanks, Dawnia, for a great dressing recipe!

Beefy Spanish Rice
I chose this to make for my son's Cultural Awareness Day (since we were assigned Spain). Changed the amounts to feed 40. This made two very large foil pans full. Due to some of the other suggestions, I added a can of Ro-tel and some cumin. Tasted great to us!!! Thanks for the recipe.

Flatlander Chili
Well, I made this for the Superbowl and all I can say is "GREAT"! I followed the recipe, but I omitted the beans (wasn't sure if the kids at the party would turn up their noses). Everyone who ate it, raved about it. I doubled the recipe to serve 20 and it still came out fantastic. I will add the beans the next time since I like beans. We are eating the leftovers tonight and can't wait. Thanks for the recipe George!
