Jill's Salsa
Just bought my first food processor to help satisfy my salsa addiction. I also used rotel diced tomatos with chili's. This was delicious!!! My boyfriend only got a few bited before I hijacked it and finshed the bowl myself. Plan on keeping some made up in the fridge all the time!

Rice with Black Beans
I LOVE this recipe! As I college student it has everything I need- healthy, quick, and inexpensive. I'll eat it by itself or add shrimp or chicken. I use two 10oz cans of Rotel tomatoes, it adds enough kick without having to add additional sauces or spices. Perfect!
