I live in Canada ... and I love it. I enjoy baking way more than cooking, and really like trying challenging desserts! My Grandma makes the best cobblers and crisps on this planet! My other grandparents make perogies, bringing out our Ukranian side :) I made a torte with merangue. Doesn't sound all that exciting, but the first time was when I was a few years ago and it was a big deal to get it to work!! The pie crust that had too much salt and tasted like playdough... the same pie that had no sugar over the extremely bitter blackberries... fun stuff.
