The Taylor's version of Crustless Spinach Quiche
About this Cook
Married for 30 years with two grown daughters. Two grandsons (arguably the smartest children on earth...)
My favorite things to cook
Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings
My favorite family cooking traditions
Each year at thanksgiving we have a multi-family dinner with three turkeys: Baked, Smoked, and Deep-fried; with all the trimmings. It's a great time for all and there's something there for everyone.
My cooking tragedies
One year we tried out a new method for our Thanksgiving turkey. Not only did it not turn out well, it stunk up the house so bad we couldn't eat anything!

Crustless Spinach Quiche
We used sharp cheddar cheese rather than muenster, and cut it back to 2 cups. Also added 1/2 tsp of diced garlic with the onion, and put thin slices of tomatoes on top. A new family favorite!
