I live in New England, but my roots are from down south. I love eating, ejoy cooking, and hate cleaning it up after since I am such a messy cook. Somethered chicken, Black pepper and maple roast chicken, tacos, enchiladas, homefried potatos, fresh bread, deserts and chocolate pudding. My great grandmother making Tamales, a recipe she died with that none of us know how to recreate among other many traditional mexican recipes that we dont know. still working on it:) when I make my own recipes up on the fly..
