Turkey Shepherd's Pie
Longtime reader, first time reviewer. Used leftover turkey, dressing, corn and mashed potatoes. I only made changes to accommodate the amount of each left-over item. Used cream of celery soup & water to stretch/enhance gravy, added chopped carrot, corn, frozen peas and chopped turkey to gravy mixture to heat-up. Lined pie pan w/leftover dressing to form "crust" and baked for a few minutes to crisp up before adding filling. This was the BEST use of Thanksgiving leftover's that I have EVER had. Easy and delish!!!
