Hashbrown Casserole

This was so easy to make, it tasted like a loaded backed potato, I didn't add the corn flakes as a topping i used bread crumbs instead and added some bacon bits.

LJ's Easy Penne with Vodka Sauce

This recipe was so easy to make. I used parmesam cheese instead of romano and it still turned out wonderful! I only had heavy cream, i definately recommend using light cream, it was very rich.

The Best Bean and Ham Soup

Hot Spiked Cider

I used spiced rum rather than clear. It was wonder, I received so many compliments at my holiday party. It really helps if you use local homemade apple cider.
