Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
Okay so i didn't put as much cheese, and I needa double the sauce next time. They are a very good bases for au gratin poatoes.. I put rosemary, paprika, garlic and a huge onion in the tators.. and it was great.. I love spices.. I recommend not just basing something on chz (hint the 499 calorie count) and upping the flavor with spices (which are 0 calorie count).... But over all GREAT RECIPE.. i have tons of left overs and wil make more again!!!!!

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken
I loved it! I did add my own twist though.. I put chicken on bottom, covered it with Poultry seasoning, and I do mean COVERED it.. then put Cream of brocolli cheese soup (1 can), cream of mushroom/cream of chicken.. Added Sour cream.. about 2 table spoons ( ALL ORGANIC).. s/p .. and then let it stew for 6 hours, slowly letting the chicken shred apart. I put it over Brown rice and my fam LOVED IT!!! my 4 year old loved it!! Will make again!! Oh yeah.. a Cup of milk too

Banana Crumb Muffins
loved the recipe!! found it and then made it.. i used 90% organic ingredients and then healthy butter.. soo i have to say the worse is all the nuts i added. Im a nut eater.. HAD TO HAVE THEM lol.. but i pretty much didn't modify anything.. GREAT GREAT GREAT!!! i even gave my neighbor a muffin for letting me barrow brown sugar... Yum!! will make again.. yum breakfast muffins..
