I'm Kim, 24 years old from Austin, Texas. I have been married for 4 years to my DH. We have one son, Cayden and he is 2 years old. Since we've moved to Europe, I've had plenty of time on my hands to dip into the wonderful art of cooking! I love trying new recipes! I love cooking asian, Tex-Mex, Mexican and Italian. My favorite recipes are from Pampered Chef (All the Best) and Pillsbury. I've recently started feeling courageous enough to modify recipes to make them my own...and they turn out WONDERFUL! It makes me feel good when my husband asks for seconds! I tried to make chicken fried steaks one time. They didn't turn out as well as I had hoped they would.
