I have been cooking since I was able to prop myself up to my moms kitchen counter. Cooking is an absolute joy for me. I love to bake...anything. I find myself trying many different styles of cooking with almost any ingredient. I really have no favorites, just really good food. My mom bakes the best pies. Her recipes will be cherished always. I have created some amazing soups. I have too many tragedies of burning things....especially those stove top stews...darn.
