Tres Leches (Milk Cake)
I have made this twice to rave reviews. Even someone who doesn't usually like Tres Leches loved it!

Sausage Swirls
Used these as an appetizer for Christmas lunch. Everyone enjoyed them and asked for the recipe. And, they were pretty on the platter. I thought they were very good, but a tad bit dry. That's why I choose 4 stars instead of 5. However, since everyone else enjoyed them so much, I will make them again.

Stuffed Pork Chops with Gorgonzola and Apple
I've been searching for a recipe for Christmas dinner, and I think I've found it! However, instead of using pork chops, I butterflied a pork roast, stuffed it, tied with string, and roasted at 350 degrees for 1.5-2 hours depending on size of roast. Beautiful and tastes amazing!
