Cream Cheese Frosting

This was very yummy. It does do better once you let the icing sit in the fridge a bit. I only used 3 cups of sugar and it was fine.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

The flavor was delicious. This is a very light and runny frosting. I used it to ice cupcakes. I refrigerated them overnight because I was serving them the next day. Overall good.

Blueberry Crisp I

What a yummy way to use up blueberries! It was very tasty, however I thought the topping was a bit too sweet. It would taste just fine if it was omitted, or cut back on the sugar!

Tofu Lasagna

This was pretty good. Only 4 stars because the tofu was a bit bland and not flavorful. Needed some tweaking. But because I didn't have any cottage cheese for the filling, the tofu was a good substitute. At least the family ate it!

Thank you. I made this for my brother's birthday who is a strawberry lover and freak! Everyone ranted and raved how yummy it was. The frosting complimented the cake nicely. A keeper.

Spinach Enchiladas

Only thing I added was fresh mushrooms. I made 4 pans total of 48 inchildads for a retirement party. I got lots of compliments and my enchiladas were the first eaten and gone. Thanks for the fabulous recipe.

Penne with Mushrooms

Thanks for the great recipe. Did everything but add the canned tomatoes and whipping cream. I used the easy alfredo sauce recipe from this site and combined the sauteed veggies. YUM!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Simple and fantastic. Loved how I had everything in the fridge or cupboard. I used this and added fresh garlic, onions, mushrooms, aspearagus. When poured over pasta, DELICIOUS!!!! Thanks, a keeper.

Super easy and super delicious AND healthy too! Cloves were a bit strong. Will reduce next time. Only alteration was I put in 1/2 cup of finely chopped walnuts! Yum I am saving this one!

Chunky Potato Soup

Thanks, I prefer potato soup not blended. The recipe did'nt say how much water to put in. I used a recipe for 6 and added 8 cups. I only had low fat milk, so I added a tad more flour to the mixture. Then it did thicken up. Nice flavor and texture. Will be saving this in my recipe box.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

Oatmeal Pancakes

Sugar and Spice Muffins
