Popcorn Candy Balls
I made 100 popcorn balls for a fund raiser at the "Mitford Days" country fair in Blowing Rock, NC - they were a big hit! So sweet and yummy. So easy. My children ask for them weekly now. I did not put the candy in. I made them for Halloween with orange food coloring too.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken
I was skeptical when I read this recipe was great "even the pickiest eater." My picky 6 year old gobbled it up and declared it delicious! I also took others' idea to use fresh garlic, then made a gravy with Marsala and flour. Wonderful!
