Mexican Bean Burgers
excellent recipe with excellent taste, however, i have not been able to get them cooked without burning them. maybe that's just the way they're supposed to be, but it would prefer if they weren't

Tofu and Veggies in Peanut Sauce
was ok by itself, but when I put it on spaghetti it was excellent

Cream of Tomato (Tofu)
absolutely amazing, very creamy and excellent tomatoey taste, adding cheese or "cheese" to it makes an excellent addition as i found out
