Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
The best pancakes I've had anywhere, and now I can make them at home! Well worth the effort.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
These pancakes are ok if you're in a hurry, but they're hockey pucks compared to the "Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes" on allrecipes.com

Mushroom Spinach Omelet
I was looking for an easy and delicious alternative to my usual breakfast and this recipe fits perfectly. The multiple ingredients provide layers of flavor and it was ready in about 20 minutes. It even works without mushrooms (I didn't have any).
