Smoked Salmon Pesto Pasta
I added 2 cans of diced tomatoes used 3 times as much salmon. I also didn't use smoked salmon as it's too salty, I just bought frozen and baked it in olive oil, lemon juice, and a little garlic powder. That being said, this turned out great. I was kind of worried about salmon with tomato paste and pesto, but it all works great together. Thanks!

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
I've made this several times and I love it! I'm not a chili pro though. The only thing I change is to add about a cup of beef broth to the meat when browning it to give it some beef flavor. I drain it off before putting in the cooker.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Just echoing what others have said about it being too dry. I read the reviews so I added almost triple the broth and also 2/3 cup half-n-half. Then, thinking of the warnings, I had a can of cream of chicken soup and a can of cream of mushroom soup in the cupboard, threw them in too. Turned out great! I have the feeling it would have been a waste of time without the extras. The reviews are my favorite thing about this site!!!
