I have been married for 17 yrs and have 2 children. I am always looking for quick and easy recipes for dinner and have used several off this website that the family has really enjoyed. I also enjoy painting ceramics and am learning to sew. I am a Meat and Potato's kind of gal. I love when we throw some marinated steaks on the bbq. But I have been testing some casserole recipes, along with pork chop recipes and chicken recipes to add variation to our meals. When my mom and I get the chance to make Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner together. I always get request to make bite size steaks. My husbands family asks for this on special occasions and we usually have to make the recipe x4 and have to deep fryers going at once. When I first moved to go to college I was living with my dad and tried to make gravy from scratch.....Big mistake since I had no clue what I was doing. He tried to eat it as not to hurt my feelings but I think it would have worked better as a glue or sealent.
