Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
I have made this several times always subbing milk with vinegar for buttermilk and it is always very popular. Best cornbread I've had.

Southern Peach Cobbler
I have used canned peaches with this several times with great success. I just substitute 1 large can of peaches for the fresh and follow the recipe from there.
