These cookies were fantastically simple to prepare, look great, and taste great. They smell like the Piece of Cake ice cream. However, I thought that 2 cups of chocolate chips seemed excessive so I used 1 1/2.

I had all of the ingredients to make this so I whipped one up. It was great without stirring the grenadine in, since you drank everything at once. It was very easy and probably took me about two minutes to prepare. A wonderful variation off of the original recipe.

Cream Cheese Cookies I

I made a batch of these without a press or anything, and they tasted great! It's a very refreshing change and individual recipe. It might be even better if you added chocolate chips or rasins, though.
