I caught the cooking bug at age 9. My Mom got me a grill heated by a 100 watt light bulb, and was surprised by the variety of things I was able to cook on it. Been learning to cook ever since. Right now my favorite thing to do is bake. For a friends 30th birthday I made a Dragon cake. I used dry ice to make it breath smoke, and some well places glow sticks as it was presented to him in a bar. It was a bigger hit then the band that night. Eclairs, I have been trying to make a french Eclair, and thus far I still get lifeless sticks. I can get egg whites to rise for angle food cake, but cant make a decent eclare.
