Blueberry Spinach Salad
Love this salad! I used walnuts once and pine nuts another time because that's what I had on hand. This one's a keeper!

Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Onions
These were pretty good...I did not have amaretto, which I bet would have made a yummy difference. I'm a big fan of the Roasted Beets 'n Sweets recipe on this site, and I've yet to find anything to beat that.

Roasted Beets 'n' Sweets
This has become one of my favorite recipes. Perfect combination. I can't wait to make it for Thanksgiving dinner this year.
