This recipe is easy to put together and it tastes awesome! I substituted lite cream for heavy cream.

excellent recipe, I will make it again

I made this recipe and served it with sour cream and chips. It is very good. I added 3 ears of fresh corn that was left over from the night before. I also chopped the peppers, onion and tomatoes in a food processor to make in less chunky. I added cilantro and some lime juice to the recipe as other reviews sugessted. I included 1/3 cup of salad dressing rather than a full cup to avoid the fat and calories. I will make this again.
