About this Cook
I do not own a television. I enjoy hula-hooping.
My favorite things to cook
Fresh vegetables and rice are our staples and often dairy free. No meat except for the rare consumption of fish or fish byproducts. I love baking.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Stir-fried egg and tomato, I could eat it every day.
My cooking tragedies
Picture this: chocolate cake and a pan that just couldn't let go.

Authentic Middle Eastern Hummus (Chummus)
This was delicious. I halved the recipe but made it as written and we think it's great! In addition to sprinkling cumin, we also sprinkled some chili pepper powder on. Awesome!

French Bread Rolls to Die For
Easy and delectable. I made the recipe exactly as written. There's nothing that needs to be changed. I only baked them for 18 minutes and they were perfect! Soft texture inside and very crusty outside. In the future, I will make more and freeze the leftovers.

Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies
Deliciousness! Instead of the optional walnuts, I used 1/4 cup each of raw cashews, shredded unsweetened coconut flakes, and vegan chocolate chips. I used an 8X8 pan and baked for 25 minutes. This is an easy recipe.
