Herb and Chicken Pasta
My boyfriend loved this. I personally loved the chicken. The chicken was flavorful and the pasta was a little bland, but it was nice and light. I thought it tasted even better as leftovers.

Rigatoni with Italian Chicken
Not bad, but I'm not sure how I feel about the (cold) diced tomatoes. I may try cooking the tomatoes next time. Otherwise, a good, uncomplicated recipe.

Greek Chicken Pasta
This was wonderful. My boyfriend normally hates feta cheese and artichokes.... but I made this anyway because, I happen to LOVE Greek-style food. Much to my surprise, he fell in love with it as much as I did! He's constantly bugging me to make it again. Great recipe.
