My favorite things to cook
I love to cook a lot of things but baking is my favorite. Stuffed Peppers, Enchiladas, and all the good southern dishes.

Chicken Enchiladas
I made this recipe and we did not like it at all. I don't even think that they should qualify as enchiladas. To each its own though!

Easy Cajun Jambalaya
This recipe is awesome! I am from Louisina and was raised there for 18 years so I know a good southern dish when I taste one. Thank you so much for the great recipe.

Orange Cream Fruit Salad
It is very good as a snack or dessert. I made the recipe exactly but I would suggest using only 3/4 to 1 cup of milk. I only added half of the pudding mixture I prepared. Also make sure your fruit is completly drained so your dish will not be watery. Whip cream is great as a topping.
