French Onion Soup Gratinee
I tried this recipe on my In-laws and my husband. Everyone loved it. It was easy and delicious. I did use the gruyere and asiago cheses, which made it more expensive.I think if you used swiss and mozzerella it would be delicious also.

Leg of Lamb with Raspberry Sauce
I am giving this the 5 star rating. I had my family tell me this could have been in a very fine restaurant! Was delicious!
