Southwestern Chicken Barley Soup
This soup was really yummy! It wasn't too spicy but still had some kick. Next time I might try using rice and some crushed tortilla chips.

Flatlander Chili
This chili is the best I've ever made or eaten! I used all the ingredients except I also added a can of Rotel and two cloves of minced garlic. After browning the meat, I cooked the onion, green pepper, and celery together until they were crisp tender and then followed the rest of the directions. I think my stomach is going to explode from gobbling up all of this delectable chili!

Chocolate Haystacks
My family makes something like this but we call them Spider cookies and only use the chocolate and butterscotch chips. The person who said the mixture was gritty probably burned the chocolate mixture (I know from experience!)...try heating the mixture in the microwave at 50 percent and stir every 30 seconds! Good luck!
