Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
My husband asked me to make something very special. He invited his boss for dinner and told him he was taking him to "Ma's". (His boss is from out of state.) He said he was surprised to drive up to a home and get out. Dinner honestly tasted better than most 4 star restaurant food. I served this chicken with sauteed carrots, broccoli, and garlic/buttered bow tie pasta with fresh grated Parmesan cheese on it. For dessert, we had buttermilk pie. Delicious!

Miracle Baking Powder Pie Crust
This was definitely the flakiest crust I have ever made! I made one and one-half recipe for 3 single pie crusts. I used 1/3 butter and 2/3 shortening. It was delicious!

Blackberry Syrup
Delicious! I used the suggestion to use the leftover berry pulp for jam. Great idea!
