Cran-Orange Bran Muffins
I ama fan of bran muffins but have never made them myself. I love the cranberry/orange flavor. I found that the batter was very dry, almost like bread dough, so I added a bit more OJ. They ended up being very dense, perhaps because of this. Next time I'll bake them without the extra and see if they turn out lighter. I also substituted sugar free honey and used a cranberry and almond mix instead of just cranberries.
