Cornbread Dressing I
This was my first time to ever make dressing. I added 2 raw eggs vs. hard-boiled as others suggested and it was perfect! It was even better with leftovers the next day. This is a keeper!

Banana Chip Muffins
I made these over the weekend with very ripe bananas. The muffins had really great banana flavor and were even better the next day. I will make this again, but will cut back on the chocolate chips to maybe 1/2 cup just for personal taste.

Lemon Chess Pie II
Something didn't turn out right with this one. It was like the egg white and cornmeal rose to the top and created a weird textured top layer to the pie. Also not near enough lemon flavor for me. Will not make again.
