Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I liked these, my hubby did not. I think next time I will take them out of the oven about 5 minutes sooner as my came out a little dry.

Zucchini Parmigiana

This was ok. Mine came out runny..not sure why. Would like to try it again however I wouldn't want it to some out as soggy as it did.

Aunt Fannie's Dinner

This was good. I modified it as I didn't have pasta in the house. I started by sauteeing onion & garlic, then browned the meat. I made two boxes of mac & cheese & mixed it all together.

This was really very good. I started off by sauteeing mushrooms with onions & garlic, added the beef & then continued on with the remaining of the recipe. Cheap, easy & tasty. Thanks so much for sharing.

Spaghetti Salad I

This was very good although I made a few changes out of personal preference not because of anything wrong w/the recipe. I did not use sesame or poppy seeds. And instead of bottled Italian dressing, I used homemade Italian dressing. I also added zucchini & mushrooms.

One Dish Chicken and Rice Bake

I am sure this is a pretty good recipe but it never comes out right for me. I seem to have to bake it for a long time before the rice is done. I am sure it is something I am doing...or not doing.

Oven Fried Chicken III

This was very good. I don't like frying so this was a great alternative. Instead of using mayo I used ranch dressing..the use of mayo (ranch in my case) must be the key to keeping it moist. The only thing I will do differently next time is flip the chicken halfway thru the baking process as the underside didn't get as crispy as I'd like. Thanks for a great recipe.
