Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce
This recipe is awesome and I will make it again and again. I made it for my son's birthday dinner and everyone was quiet during dinner because they couldn't stop eating! It's fantastic and not too difficult.

Tyler's Raspberry Thumbprints with White Chocolate Glaze
This reccipe was a huge disappointment. The batter spread all over the baking stones and the cookies ended up huge and uncooked (or burned) in the middle. I threw the rest of the dough away after the first trays.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
This is a fantastic recipe! My usually fussy kids LOVED it, and my co-workers enjoyed the leftovers. It's perfect, and a great "company" dish.
