Cheese and Chive Crisps
Great recipe thanks for sharing. Next time I will add more hot sauce though. I left them in the fridge overnight in tight little rolls and used an electric carving knife to slice them in the morning. Worked like a dream.

Crustless Cranberry Pie
Everytime I have made this I have been asked for the recipe. Not to mention not a crumb left on anyone's plate. IThe first time I made it was on Christmas day for those who do not like Christmas pud. Most people had both!

Cucumber Soup
I served this at a dinner party last night and received rave reviews. I found the toppings sank - except for the parsey and nuts but that was not a bad thing - eash bowl received equal amounts of tomato, green onion etc. Eating outside with a full moon over the harbor helped the ambience.
