Savory Bubble Bread
I made this bread as a gift for someone. I actually had to make 2 of them because the first one smelled so good. This bread is heavenly. I followed the recipe to the T and added a little more parm cheese to the top before baking. Wonderful.

Oreo(TM) Cookie Cake
Note: this recipe doesn't not make a "cake" like the one in the photo. it's a layered dessert. My mother used to make this only on special occaisions when I was growing up. I only used one package of cream cheese and used chocolate pudding instead of vanilla. "Healthy" tip: You can find fat free/sugar free versions of every ingredient in this recipe (well, except the powdered sugar). Believe it or not, the healthier ingredients do not take away from the taste of this dessert. Simply amazing. I sent each of my dinner guests home with a Tupperware full of the dessert -- they raved about it all night.

Buttermilk Biscuits III
My husband's great grandmother made the best (so I've heard) buttermilk biscuits on Earth. She passed it down to his grandmother, she passed it down to his mother, and she passed it down to me. I decided to be prissy and find another recipe for buttermilk biscuits. These aren't as good as Mawmaw's. My husband says they taste like the biscuits he loves at a small country resturaunt, but I think there's something missing. Strange because Mawmaw's recipe only calls for 3 ingredients: self-rising flour, shortening, and buttermilk.
