Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries
These are great! I have made them about 4 times now and I use the large 6 muffin, muffin tins, so they have to cook a little longer to be firm enough to put on a plate. If you overcook them they of course will not be molten-like and will be a gooey version of a cupcake. I used the Ghiradelli chocolate chips as someone else has suggested.

It's Chili by George!!
I made this for a Chili lunch at work. Everyone loved it, just the right amount of spice for me (mild-medium). This chili was the first to go out of 6, and people went back for seconds or thirds. I would say its a pretty standard chili recipe. I will make this recipe over the previous recipes I used to make.

Walnut Pumpkin Pie
I have made it twice now, everyone love it. I use a regular crust instead of graham cracker, due to personal preference. This will replace the regular pumpkin pie from now on.
