Kielbasa and Kidney Beans
really good!! I did make several changes, but only because I was using what I had on hand. I didn't have red peppers so I doubled up on the green. Used dark red kidney beans and bbq sauce in place of the steak sauce. Also apparently misread directions and used white vinegar instead of cider..turned out wonderfully.

Potato, Broccoli and Cheese Soup
this soup was ok, not exactly was I was hoping for. I probably won't make again

Mom's Zucchini Bread
wonderful recipe! Only gave 4 stars because I didn't follow recipe exactly. I substituted applesauce for the oil, chopped cashews, and took another reviewers' suggestion of using half brown and half white sugar.
