Egg Foo Young
Sounded like a wierd combination, but actually very good. I loved it with the suggested sauce of spicy mustard and soy sauce on top! Also, very easy to make!

Joanne's Super Hero Sandwich
Very tasty, although I was laughed at a little when people pointed out that you can buy a sub just like it at the grocery store, already put together.
