Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
**GREAT RECIPE!!** I changed a couple of things. 350 degrees for 1 hour and i put the apples (peeled, sliced, cored) in a bowl with 1 tablespoon cinnamon. I mixed them together. I also used Red delicious apples. After 1 hour in the oven...all the apples were nice and soft but not the ones in the middle. i put them in for an additional 15 minutes and they were still a little hard. Not very hard but not as soft as the ones on the side. I used store bought crust. I didn't use all the apples. I had at least 2 remaining. But i ate them while the pie was cooking. Very messy to cut. But very tasty! I will definitely do again!
