Wild Rice Turkey Dish
Left out the water chestnuts, added frozen brocoli...really good!

Country Apple Dumplings
WOW!! I made many changes to lighten up the recipe and it worked well! I used reduced fat rolls and diet mt. dew. I halved the soda and butter and used 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 c. brown sugar. Great with ice cream!!

Breakfast Upside Down Cake
Loved it! I made it a lazy way, though. I used frozen hashbrowns and pre-cooked sausage links instead of bacon. Will definetely make it again.
