This soup is incredible! Fresh, healthy, tasty ingredients...what else could you ask for?!? This reminds me of a soup I used to be able to get at a small sandwich cafe in DC...but they stopped offering it. I'm so glad I found this recipe! Also, I don't understand why anyone would complain about this soup being too "hot," when it clearly states that it is a spicy soup. Things that make you go, "Hmmm." YUM YUM YUM!!!

I didn't find this marinade much different from marinating in plain steak sauce, which overpowers all the other ingredients in this recipe and the flavor of the meat. I think this might be good with a inexpensive cut of meat, but if I'm serving porterhouse, t-bone, etc., I want to enjoy the beef and not the marinade. I'll not use this recipe, again.

Wow! What a nice change from those sauces loaded with butter and cream. This was great with a salad and garlic bread. Be sure you let the sauce reduce at a slow boil to let the flavors mingle. I will make this again and again. Thank you for sharing!
